Our client, an award winning, national financial planning firm is seeking a Training Manager to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

You will be working within their change management team, involved in a large transformation project, integrating a subsidiary company into their core business. As such, you will be responsible for identifying, defining and developing delivery plans to support the planned change. This will include advice standards, systems and processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Training materials - you will plan, design and develop engaging training materials / programs with key focus on advice standards, systems and processes
  • Project co-ordination - assist with the project management, ensuring timelines, goals and objectives are met, with progress updates provided
  • Team work - collaborate with subject matter experts from across the group to ensure training resources are accurate

A successful outcome for the project is ensuring the transformation aligns with the company’s goals and enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the group company.

Training Manager Requirements

  • You should be confident in identifying training needs and designing effective training programs / materials to suit
  • You should have knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and/or elearning platforms to create interactive methods
  • You should have understanding of human behaviour and learning principles
  • You should have experience in delivering effective training programs to Financial Advisors and other related financial services professionals

This multi-award winning, people focused business is a well-respected Independent Financial Advice firm. Based in Farnborough, they have a relaxed working environment. You will be joining their change management team, reporting into Change Manager and Head of Operations

Training Manager Benefits

  • Salary of up to £80,000 (FTE)
  • 6 months fixed term contract
  • Company benefits include: life assurance, pension scheme 6% Employer and 3% Employee and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Office based in Farnborough or would consider remote working with need to attend the office (regularity to be confirmed at interview)
