Experienced Pastry Chef Premium Gastro Pub, Farnham

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to work closely with the Executive Chef of a new independent opening in Farnham. This stunning premium gastro pub is like no other, the menu reimagines classic dishes using the finest locally sourced produce, spanning punchy small plates to share-style main courses and rich, expressive desserts and with zero waste cooking! You must also be experience in the main kitchen and able to assist where necessary.

The Ideal Candidate

Were looking for a Pastry Chef whos has the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a premium restaurant or hotel in pastry team.
  • Ideally Rosette or Michelin background
  • Must have experience as Pastry chef & Chef de Partie in main kitchen.
  • Innovative ideas & creations.
  • Confident with premium, fresh ingredients.
  • A passion for all pastry & desserts.
  • Ability to work in high volume.
  • High end 5* background.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Detail focused.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Must be able to work evenings & weekends
  • Live local to Farnham, Surrey or drive.
