***DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR***Due to growth our clients have created a new role for a business savvy CRM Database Administrator to manage all aspects of their CRM database. This role could suit someone who's worked as a Sales Administrator where you have been working closely with the sales team to provide them with administrative support and a clean database for them to work from.Note this is an office-based, permanent part-time role for either 3 full days 8.30am-5pm (Tues, Thurs, Fri) or Mon - Fri 9am-3pm Salary £28K pro rata Key responsibilities for the Database Administrator include

  • Maintaining & cleansing the database
  • Developing and processing existing records
  • Importing/exporting data to and from the CRM system
  • Adding leads to the database and creating activities for the telemarketing team
  • Analysing & Monitoring call data
  • Creating telemarketing campaigns for the telemarketing team
  • Managing incoming data requests from the telemarketing team
  • Ensuring data integrity
  • Troubleshooting and CRM database issues
  • Monitoring telephony activity, reporting and feedback

The ideal Database Administrator will need,

  • Previous experience of using or managing CRM systems
  • Excellent PC skills essential along with strong attention to detail
  • Be commercially minded with an analytical approach
  • Confident verbal/written communications skills are a must
  • An understanding or experience of the commercial property industry would be advantageous but not essential

This Database Administrator role would suit a confident, analytically-minded all-round Administrator or Sales Administrator who has experience of updating CRM databases. You will need to enjoy working as part of a team and have a flexible attitude and approach.
