We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a reputable organisation in Faversham on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring their expertise to a dynamic finance team and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts
- Monitor aged debt and implement effective recovery strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal departments
- Produce and analyse aged debtor reports
- Review and improve existing credit control procedures
- Support the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in credit control, ideally in a managerial or senior role
- Proven track record of reducing aged debt and improving cash flow
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred
