We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a reputable organisation in Faversham on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring their expertise to a dynamic finance team and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts
  • Monitor aged debt and implement effective recovery strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal departments
  • Produce and analyse aged debtor reports
  • Review and improve existing credit control procedures
  • Support the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in credit control, ideally in a managerial or senior role
  • Proven track record of reducing aged debt and improving cash flow
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Immediate availability or short notice preferred
