Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Faversham
Salary: £50,000
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and inductions for warehouse/logistics staff

Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and HR policies

Ensure compliance with employment law, H&S, and company procedures

Maintain accurate HR records and oversee HR systems and reporting
-
Coordinate training, development, and performance reviews
-
Support shift planning, rotas, and workforce forecasting

Promote employee wellbeing and oversee absence and disciplinary processes
-
Liaise with payroll and manage employee benefits
-
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Must be CIPD level 5 qualified
