Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Faversham

Salary: £50,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and inductions for warehouse/logistics staff

  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and HR policies

  • Ensure compliance with employment law, H&S, and company procedures

  • Maintain accurate HR records and oversee HR systems and reporting

  • Coordinate training, development, and performance reviews

  • Support shift planning, rotas, and workforce forecasting

  • Promote employee wellbeing and oversee absence and disciplinary processes

  • Liaise with payroll and manage employee benefits

  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Experience Required:
  • Must be CIPD level 5 qualified
