Are you an organised and experienced Legal Secretary with a background in commercial conveyancing? A well-established legal practice in Faversham is seeking a dedicated professional to join their commercial property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing vital secretarial and administrative support to a busy team of solicitors handling commercial property matters.



Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence for commercial property transactions.

  • Submit Land Registry applications and handle SDLT submissions.

  • Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties.

  • Maintain and update case management systems and client files.
