About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Bar Manager to oversee and lead the daily operations of our high-end bar and lounge. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a flair for mixology and loves to interact with guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional service and hospitality
- Curate and evolve an innovative cocktail and beverage menu with a strong focus on modern and classic mixology
- Maintain a sophisticated and well-presented bar at all times
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Oversee stock management, inventory control, and ordering processes
- Train, mentor, and develop bar staff to enhance performance and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Sales team on promotional events and seasonal offerings
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a high end bar/lounge
- Proven expertise in mixology, with a deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and drink trends
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- WSET or similar beverage certification is a plus
