We are seeking a skilled Container Traffic Operator with knowledge of TOPS to contribute to our dynamic operations team. Day-to-day of the role:

Coordinate the movement of container traffic in line with operational schedules and client requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the TOPS (Terminal Operating System) platform.
Collaborate with internal teams, hauliers, and external partners to ensure seamless container handling.
Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and operational standards.
Proactively resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary.
Foster clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders to support efficient operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role within logistics or transport coordination.
Proficiency in using TOPS or equivalent terminal operating systems. (very important)
Experience in subcontractor management is highly desirable.
Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
