Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective and existing clients

  • Understand client supply chain needs and present tailored logistics solutions

  • Create and follow up on quotes and proposals to secure new business

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems



What we're looking for:

  • Sales experience in a customer-facing environment

  • Freight forwarding or logistics experience is highly desirable

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident in customer engagement, pricing, and negotiation

  • Organised, proactive, and results-driven

  • Experience managing key accounts is a plus
