About the role
As Night Duty Manager, you will report to the Assistant Front of House Manager and Rooms Division Manager and will work alongside the reception team and be very customer focused. We are looking for someone with 4-star Hotel background who is used to working in a highly pressurized environment and can multi-task and experience in Handling Flight disruptions or any other ad-hoc bookings. The Night Duty Manager will have bags of personality with a positive & problem-solving attitude. This job is based on weekly rosters and requires full flexibility throughout the week including weekends.
The Night Duty Manager Responsibilities:
- Know all the services the hotel is offering to the customers to build product confidence.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers ensuring the customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the customer complaints are taken care in a timely and effective manner.
- Comply with health and safety requirements and maintain the required Health and Safety standards.
- To attend all necessary Training Programs as required by the company.
- To impart all the necessary trainings to the team while on Duty as and when required.
- To ensure compliance of the Company policies and procedures.
- While on Duty to ensure smooth running of Hotel Operations.
About You
- Be able to manage & train a medium size team
- Have an honest interest in hospitality and Hotel business / hospitality-based degree
- Be passionate and excel in customer service
- Have excellent communication skills and excellent command of English
- Be IT friendly, comfortable with admin task
- It would be an advantage if you have previous experience of carrying out the duty manager function within Opera system.
