Service Administrator Job Details
Basic Salary: 拢29,000pa + 拢2000 Bonus Potential & Additional Commission
Working Hours: 08:00-16:30 & 1 in 3 Saturdays 07:00-12:00

Location - Feltham

My client is looking for an organised and hard-working individual with a friendly manor who will be acting as the single point of contact for the customer, providing relevant, accurate and timely information through each stage of the service process, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Roles & Responsibilities
路Welcome customers to the Branch & maintaining customer waiting area.聽
路Deal with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach
路Assist in any area of Process from Scheduling, Pre-Calls, Customer Updates, Follow up Calls and future work planning.
路Updating customers as directed by Service Team.聽
路Inform customer of outstanding campaigns and arrange for work to be completed
路Engagement in personal development plan to Service Advisor Accreditation.聽
路Build rapport with all staff and customers
路To maintain vehicle history and service records in an accurate, efficient and timely manner in line with customer requirements and operator licence standards
路To maintain invoice filing in an accurate, timely and efficient manner
路To ensure up to date knowledge and training on all franchise requirements 聽
路To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required
路To comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures

Skills and Qualifications
路Excellent organisational skills
路Previous motor trade experience is preferred
路Previous administration experience essential
路Good knowledge of IT Office software
路A keen eye for detail
