The learners have severe, or profound and multiple learning difficulties, and some also have an additional diagnosis of autism. The staff is highly qualified and dedicated to meeting the complex and diverse needs of the pupils, therefore experience of working with learners with SEND is highly desirable. There are regular training sessions, so evidence of your commitment to continuing professional development and reflective practice will be well received.
