Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher looking for a transformative new role?If you have a track record of delivering exceptional education to primary aged learners with severe learning difficulties and complex needs - we want to hear from you!This is a full time, permanent position at a well-regarded Special School in Outer London.You will be responsible for:

Leading a team of support staff to ensure high quality teaching and support for all
Implementing tried and tested strategies to support the learning of the students
Working collaboratively with multi agency professionals and stakeholders
Upholding high standards of safeguarding and wellbeing for all learners

The learners have severe, or profound and multiple learning difficulties, and some also have an additional diagnosis of autism. The staff is highly qualified and dedicated to meeting the complex and diverse needs of the pupils, therefore experience of working with learners with SEND is highly desirable. There are regular training sessions, so evidence of your commitment to continuing professional development and reflective practice will be well received. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and a flexible, adaptable and child-centred approach to teaching.In addition to a generous salary, the following benefits are available:
