Freightserve recruitment is seeking an Export Clerk for a reputable Freight Forwarder located in Feltham, Middlesex.
The role involves managing shipments from start to finish, processing export entries, and interacting with shippers, clients, and overseas agents.
Candidates should have experience in completing export documentation and customs entries, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 per year and requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry.
Benefits include 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.

Duties:-

Handling shipments from start to finish (arranging collections, booking shipments with airlines/hauliers, processing docs, post flighting/ monitoring shipments & billing)
Dealing with shippers, clients and overseas agents.
Processing export entries (We use ASM Sequoia)
T1 creation (experience not mandatory)
Loading documents/PODs on operating system

Required Experience:-

Completing all Export documentation
Customs entries
High level of accuracy with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Ability to work effectively under own initiative.
Good team player.
Good written and verbal communication skills
