Are you an experienced Project / Engineering Manager ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a driven leader to manage and mentor a small team of talented design engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of engineering projects from concept through to completion, while driving innovation and ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and mentor a team of 3-4 design engineers
Manage multiple engineering projects, ensuring clear milestones and timely delivery
Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track
Provide regular progress updates, action plans, and support to department heads
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling updates and delays professionally
About You
Proven background in engineering or manufacturing project management
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering principles
Experienced people manager with excellent leadership and communication skills
