Temporary Finance Administrator required to support the Client Services Managers for an established firm of Chartered Accountants in Ferndown. The role is for an initial period of 3 months with a view to being extended.You will provide a full administration support service to the Accountancy Services division and provide cover for other members of the admin support team as required.Key duties:-

  • Recording, scanning and distributing post
  • Reception cover (if required)
  • Raising client invoices when work to be billed
  • Undertake new client on boarding
  • Maintenance of client details
  • Scan and upload client records to portal
  • Liaise with clients to prepare and submit confirmation statements
  • Provide support to other Administrators

Qualifications and experience:-

  • Good general education to at least A level standard
  • Experience of professional services environment
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management, specifically Excel
  • Attention to detail. High standards of accuracy
  • Ability to keep to strict deadlines and deliver against agreed timescales
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

The role is full office based with on-site parking.
