10x Temporary Customer Service AdvisorLocation: FerndownStart Date: Wednesday 30th AprilContract Length: 6 Weeks (possible extension thereafter)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–3pm (30 hours per week) We’re looking for 10 articulate and professional Customer Service Advisors to support a fast-paced medical booking service in Ferndown. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, handling high call volumes and ensuring accurate, timely data entry. This is a temporary 6-week role with potential for extension or hybrid/remote working options after the initial period. Role Summary
  • Take inbound calls for medical appointment bookings (GP, Dentist, Physio, etc.)
  • Handle 80–100 calls per day with empathy and efficiency
  • Accurately input notes into a CRM system
  • Maintain professional, clear and articulate communication at all times
  • Strong written ability is essential for data entry and CRM updates
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm, confident phone manner with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a call centre or healthcare booking role is ideal
  • CRM/data entry experience is highly beneficial
  • Must be comfortable discussing criminal record information (spent or unspent – not necessarily disqualifying)
