- Take inbound calls for medical appointment bookings (GP, Dentist, Physio, etc.)
- Handle 80–100 calls per day with empathy and efficiency
- Accurately input notes into a CRM system
- Maintain professional, clear and articulate communication at all times
- Strong written ability is essential for data entry and CRM updates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, confident phone manner with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a call centre or healthcare booking role is ideal
- CRM/data entry experience is highly beneficial
- Must be comfortable discussing criminal record information (spent or unspent – not necessarily disqualifying)
