Hexagon Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for An Experienced Events Manager on a Temp to Perm basis.
The role will involve you to take the lead in planning and overseeing the installation and de-rig of chalets and marquees at events nationwide. You will be responsible for site teams, logistics, and ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, perfect for someone with strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site teams during event installations and de-rigs
  • Ensure all health & safety procedures are met
  • Plan logistics and coordinate deliveries with the Operations Manager
  • Maintain stock control and oversee equipment upkeep
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure successful event execution
  • Drive company vehicles as required for event deliveries
  • Hold a valid UK Driving Licence
  • An advantage if you also hold a HGV1/Moffatt Driving Licence
  • Previous event/site management experience
  • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
  • Practical, hands-on approach with maintenance & repair abilities
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours during peak event seasons
