Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our provision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
- Performing basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Managing student records and attendance using the SIMS database.
- Assisting with the coordination of school events and activities.
- Providing administrative support to staff and management as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in using the SIMS database is preferable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A compassionate and patient approach when dealing with students and staff.
