Temporary opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their application processing team on a full time basis until the end of August 2025.

This role will require the post holder to train in person on site in Forfar, however when training is completed (2-3 weeks) the role will move to remote working.

Hours: M-F 35hrs per week

£13.60 per hour, paid weekly.

What you'll do on a day to day basis:

- Dealing with enquiries via email and phone on application status and decision / processing time

- Processing applications by adding relevant information to the system

- Communicating decisions on applications via letter and updating the system in-house

- Updating personal records, ensuring accuracy and discretion

- Chasing outstanding application updates if required

- Supporting partnering department with ad-hoc admin duties

What you'll bring with you:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail

- Ability to work autonomously

- Good MS office skills and ability to pick up new processes and systems with ease
