We are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers for immediate start positions in Gainsborough. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to join a busy team with the potential to secure a permanent role.
Day-to-day of the role:- Operating counterbalance FLT equipment within a dynamic warehouse environment.
- Ensuring safe handling and transportation of goods.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area in compliance with company and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with team members to efficiently manage workloads and meet targets.
- Conducting routine checks and maintenance on FLT equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Proven experience as an FLT Driver.
- Valid RTITB Accredited License for counterbalance FLT (In-house licenses accepted if accompanied by substantial experience).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at £13.00.
- Temp-to-Perm opportunity after 3 months, providing job security and stability.
