Executive Assistant
Our client, a successful tech scale-up, cash generative SME, with a £5m turnover and employing 70 staff, is looking to double in size in the next five years under the guidance of its experienced, highly charismatic and driven CEO, supported by a first-class senior leadership team. We are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant on their behalf to provide high-level administrative support to their Leadership Team ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities.
As Executive Assistant, you will:
- Manage and maintain the diaries of three busy senior executives
- Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Act as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations & correspondence
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up
- Handle confidential and sensitive information
- Monitor and manage incoming emails, calls and other communications
- Support strategic projects and initiatives
- Track and manage expenses, submit reimbursements, and support budget tracking
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
As Executive Assistant, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion
- The ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
- A positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative mindset
