Finance Analyst

KCR Solutions are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit a driven and dynamic Finance Analyst. This is a prime opportunity for an AAT-qualified individual actively pursuing or planning to pursue CIMA, eager to grow within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic and operational decision-making
• Extract, interpret, and present data to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Contribute to the accurate and timely production of financial statements, management reports, and board packs
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies
• Strengthen and maintain robust internal controls and reporting standards
• Support statutory reporting and taxation processes by preparing and supplying required documentation
• Partner with department heads to provide actionable insights that drive cost efficiencies and performance improvements
• Actively contribute to the annual budgeting process, helping shape financial targets and key assumptions

Candidate Profile:

• AAT qualified and working towards (or planning to study) CIMA
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
• Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (Cloud Accounting experience beneficial)
• Working knowledge of IFRS and corporate financial controls
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and progression
