What You Will Do:

- Lead the design and release of suspension mechanical and hydraulic components, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

- Collaborate with multiple suppliers to develop components from concept through to production, managing key milestones and deliverables.

- Coordinate and finalise product specifications by working closely with internal stakeholders and negotiating requirements with suppliers.

- Partner with the procurement team to manage supplier selection processes and ensure timely delivery of components.

- Oversee the development and verification of components, adhering to the company's established product delivery systems.

- Ensure all components meet cost, timing, and attribute targets while aligning with the company's programme delivery processes.

 

What You Will Bring: 

- Proven experience in working with automotive suppliers on mechanical and/or hydraulic components.

- Strong background in component development, including design verification planning and management.

- Familiarity with on-cycle product and programme delivery processes in the automotive sector.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
