What You Will Do:
- Lead the Climate Attribute delivery for a key vehicle line, ensuring customer-level requirements are met with precision.
- Collaborate with T&D Engineers, Component Leaders, and multiple engineering teams to achieve the ultimate climate system experience.
- Define and set targets for various use cases, ensuring alignment with Climate Attribute DV requirements.
- Develop and implement a robust test process for assessment and validation of climate systems.
- Support issue resolution by working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Contribute to the creation of a seamless and luxurious air quality and thermal comfort experience for customers.
What You Will Bring:
- A Degree in Engineering with experience in air quality and thermal comfort systems.
- Proven expertise in complex project management within a technical or engineering field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering requirements management.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
