Reed Business Support is supporting our Gillingham-based client who is seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively developing new business opportunities with prospective clients
  • Managing and nurturing existing client accounts to maximise growth
  • Working towards sales targets with confidence and resilience
  • Preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Representing the business at client meetings and networking events

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally B2B
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (due to client visits)
