Regional New Homes Director

We are seeking a Regional New Homes Director to lead our Land and New Homes division. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism within the region. You will be the face of our New Homes Development sites and play a crucial role in delivering value to developers and winning new projects.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for New Homes Development sites within the region.
  • Drive the performance of the Land and New Homes division by identifying and brokering prospective residential development sites.
  • Manage and enhance the profitability and operational efficiency of the division.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and stakeholders to ensure continuous business growth.
  • Collaborate with the in-house marketing department to create and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Regularly report to the New Homes Director on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in a similar role within the Land and New Homes sector.
  • Demonstrable ability to achieve goals within an Estate Agency or New Homes Development environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple area operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to professional development.
