Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently to meet daily output targets

  • Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular checks and accurate documentation

  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, reporting any issues or deviations immediately

  • Work closely with the wider production team and supervisors to meet deadlines and continuous improvement targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing - this is essential

  • Strong understanding of GMP, hygiene protocols, and working in a highly regulated environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and batch documentation accurately

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Physically fit - role involves standing, repetitive tasks, and some lifting
