Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: Rochester

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, absence & performance

  • Support recruitment processes from job adverts to onboarding

  • Ensure HR policies & procedures are up-to-date and consistently applied

  • Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR compliance

  • Deliver key HR reports and analyse workforce data

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives

  • Guide managers through performance management processes

  • Provide proactive, day-to-day HR support to staff and line managers

Key Experience Required:
  • Must be CIPD level 5 qualified
