Core Responsibilities:
  • Document Preparation: Produce legal paperwork and correspondence with accuracy, using audio dictation tools.
  • Client Liaison: Handle incoming phone enquiries with a professional demeanour, ensuring first-class service for all clients.
  • File Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate client details using the Proclaim legal software system.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Organise and manage meetings for clients and solicitors with efficiency.
  • Case File Oversight: Open, manage, and close client case files, ensuring all administrative tasks run smoothly.
  • Property Transaction Support: Conduct property-related searches, prepare legal forms, and complete administrative tasks thoroughly and reliably.
