- Week 1: 6am-2pm Mon-Thu, 6am-1pm Fri

- Experience in Manufacturing/Production Environment
- Supervisory or Team Leader experience (manufacturing preferred, but not essential environment)
- Understanding of KPIs and production targets
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a busy, physically active role

- Responsible for the Production planning and assignment of daily & weekly tasks andactivities to Assembly Operatives.
- Responsible for first level people management including but not limited to, recruitment,new staff inductions, absence meetings in line with The Bradford Factor, investigatorymeetings in line with the Company disciplinary procedure, approving holiday andovertime requests and performance reviews.
- Responsibility of maintaining training/skills matrix, grading reviews and training requests.
- Deliver key KPI’s and targets through the team.
- To attend and facilitate the running of daily production staff meetings and team leadermeetings.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the production lines and quality of products.
- Management of stock and inventories via SAP, maintaining usage data to supportProcurements forecasting activities.
- Working with Engineering Team to oversee maintenance of equipment and to developstrong business relationships.
