We have an exciting opportunity for a career-focused individual to become part of a rapidly growing, well-regarded company in Mid Kent. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in procurement, strong administrative abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
Duties include:
- Collaborate with the buying department to assist in ordering complete site setups
- Raise purchase orders for subcontractors
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring all procurement records are properly filed and organised
- General procurement functions, including Raise purchase orders, process transactions, and maintain accurate order records
- Updating audit forms
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Office based administration experience.
- Previous experience in procurement (Essential)
- Highly organised and capable of managing a number of workflows.
- Excellent IT skills
