- Providing cover and continuity for Account Handlers, maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Monitoring progress to ensure works are completed within KPI targets and are commercially viable.
- Preparing essential documentation such as risk assessments and method statements.
- Managing emergency call-outs and ensuring response times meet contractual obligations.
- Handling customer enquiries promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Managing administrative duties such as job bookings, data entry, and processing paperwork.
- Issuing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with ISO procedures.
- Supporting the wider service team with ad-hoc coordination and project tasks.

Skills and experience you’ll bring:
- Excellent written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or coordination — ideally in a technical, engineering, or service-based environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of basic financial processes such as budgeting or job costing.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Confidence, empathy, and professionalism in all client interactions.
