Role - Temporary Finance Assistant
Duration - 6-8 weeks
Hours - 9am to 5pm
Location - Glasgow, Bearsden
Pay rate - 14.50 per hour
Our client, a reputable organisation in Glasgow, are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their dynamic team. The office is located just a short walk from Bearsden train station to ensure an easy commute for non drivers.
The main software used is Xero and therefore we are only able to consider candidates with previous experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile company bank statements.
- Highlight any mistakes or flag up any duplications.
- Be able to allocate payments to each department.
- Financial reporting
- Inputting transactions accurately
Key Skills Required:
- Essential: Proven experience with Xero Accounting software.
- Recent experience in Bookkeeping or Finance Administration.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong numerical skills to analyse financial data efficiently.
