Key Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the office and wider team

Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently

Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems

Assisting with document control and project administration

Supporting with purchasing, invoicing, and other finance-related admin

Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and clients in a professional manner
About You:

Previous experience in an office administration role (construction industry experience is beneficial but not essential)

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office and other business systems

A team player with great communication and interpersonal skills

Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
