Office Administrator

Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a well-established construction business based in Glasgow who are seeking an Office Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the office and wider team

  • Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently

  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems

  • Assisting with document control and project administration

  • Supporting with purchasing, invoicing, and other finance-related admin

  • Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and clients in a professional manner

About You:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role (construction industry experience is beneficial but not essential)
