Description
- Provide leadership within a small/medium team of Design/Senior Design/Subject Matter Expert Engineers.
- Will have responsibility for new product development projects as well as responsibility for existing product care and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems to achieve optimal performance.
- Prepare and review technical documentation related to control systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
Profile
A successful Electrical & Electronic Controls Team Lead should have:
- A strong background in control systems engineering within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing control systems.
