iMultiply are working with an exciting business based in Glasgow who are looking to bring on board an experienced Interim Bookkeeper to support their finance team over the next 3 months. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The Role:This position will be key in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end processes, and ensuring day-to-day transactional duties are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:-
Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers

Reconciling bank statements and company credit cards
-
Processing invoices and payments
-
Preparing VAT returns
-
Assisting with payroll preparation
-
Supporting month-end reporting and journal postings

Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve queries

Proven experience in a similar Bookkeeping role
-
AAT qualified (or qualified by experience)
-
Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks)

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-
3-month interim contract
-
Competitive daily/hourly rate depending on experience
