- Lead the development of qualitative and quantitative insights, sentiment tracking, and strategic reporting across all engagement activities.
- Collaborate with Change and Communications leads to ensure stakeholder mapping and data inform impactful interventions.
- Establish a robust reporting baseline and evolve our insights landscape to track behavioural change and delivery milestones.
- Produce timely, visually engaging reports that drive decision-making and transformation success.
- Recommend actionable conclusions from data and support continuous improvement across the programme.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in insights, reporting, and stakeholder engagement within complex programmes.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into meaningful stories.
- Confidence in communicating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
