About the Role:
As the Export Sales Manager, you will lead the international expansion of our client by managing distributor networks and identifying new market opportunities. This role requires a strategic approach to align international sales with the mission of promoting sustainable packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distributor Network Management: Optimise and train distributors to enhance performance.
- Territory Expansion: Identify and develop new markets with potential for growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to inform growth strategies.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales targets and progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the packaging industry.
- Knowledge of global market dynamics and adaptability.
- Success in entering new markets and managing distributor networks.
- Excellent communication skills: additional languages are a plus.
