Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering & Groundworks

First People Solutions are working with a large civil engineering and groundworks firm based in Glasgow and we are hiring a senior quantity surveyor on a permanent basis.

You will be :

• Overseeing commercial management of multiple civils/groundworks sites.
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final account.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and subcontractor packages.
• Working with NEC, JCT, and other standard contracts.
