Key Responsibilities

• Lead thefull delivery lifecycleof multipletraffic management contracts

• Manage all aspects ofcontract administration, includingNEC contracts, variations, and commercial reporting

• Ensure full compliance withhealth, safety, quality, andenvironmental standards

• Build and maintain strongclient and stakeholder relationships

• Overseework schedules,resource planning, andlabour deploymentacross active sites

• Motivate and leadsite supervisorsandoperational teamsto deliver high-performance results

• Monitorbudgets,KPIs, andcontract profitability

• Identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as aContracts Manager, ideally withintraffic management,highways,utilities, orcivil engineering

• Strong working knowledge ofNEC contractsand commercial management

• Excellentcommunication,negotiation, andclient-facing skills

• Strong leadership abilities with the confidence to manage cross-functional teams

• Capable of handling multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• ValidUK driving licence

Desirable Qualifications:

• LANTRA Sector Scheme 12(or equivalent) certification

• IOSHorNEBOSHHealth & Safety qualification

• Experience working ininfrastructure,traffic management, orhighways maintenance
