As a Customer Service and Collections Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in providing financial support and finding positive solutions to ease customers' financial worries. Here's what you'll be doing:
* Engage with clients' customers through outbound calls to assist with outstanding debt.
* Keep detailed account notes in the customer database after each call.
* Deliver top-notch service with a focus on treating customers fairly.

What we're looking for:
* Exceptional customer service skills from contact centre or face-to-face experience.
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences during every call.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Confidence and empathy in handling challenging conversations.

* Immediate start with rotational shifts: Monday - Friday (8am - 8pm) and Saturday (9am - 4pm).
* Competitive salary starting at 25K, rising to 26,500 after 2 years.
