We're hiring Customer Service Agents to join our friendly Financial Services team right here in Glasgow. You'll gain real-world experience in the insurance and financial services sector-all while working part-time hours that fit around your life.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing top-tier customer service that makes a difference
• Supporting insurance and market services operations
• Speaking with customers over the phone and using internal systems
• Working alongside a supportive and close-knit team

Choose Your Perfect Shift Pattern (17 hours/week):
Option 1:
* Mon: 4-8pm
* Thu: 4-8pm
* Fri: 4-8pm
* Sat: 9am-2pm
Option 2:
* Mon: 4-8pm
* Tue: 4-8pm
* Fri: 4-8pm
* Sun: 9am-2pm

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
• Are currently studying (finance/business students encouraged!)
• Communicate clearly and solve problems with ease
