Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
* Document customer interactions and update records in our system
* Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
