We're looking to recruit a proactive Asset Manager to help minimise losses, improve acceptance, and ensure assets are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll be the main point of contact for collection points, retail outlets, and other stakeholders. Your efforts will directly impact operational efficiency, asset security, and customer relationships across the UK and Ireland.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain relationships with collection points, retailers, and traders, ensuring compliance with asset recovery processes.

  • Investigate asset losses, implement corrective actions, and recover assets found outside the official pool.

  • Analyse recovery data, spot anomalies, and use insights to improve performance.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for both internal teams and external partners.

  • Identify new ways to reduce asset losses and enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years in a fast-paced logistics environment (FMCG experience preferred).

  • Proactive, curious, adaptable, and commercially aware.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Confident using Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (Power BI desirable).

  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.

  • A values-driven approach and willingness to challenge the status quo constructively
