Finance Manager (3-6 Month Contract)Location: GlasgowContract: 3-6 monthsiMultiply are working with a growing third sector organisation as they recruit an interim Finance Manager for a 3-6 month contract. This is a hands on role to support ongoing operations and provide leadership during a key transitional period.About the RoleThis interim position will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation, manage a small finance team, and ensure the timely delivery of accurate financial reports. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining financial stability and supporting decision-making during this contract period.Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a small finance team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant financial regulations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors and funding bodies, as required.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within an SME or third-sector environment.
Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and accounting practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage 50 or similar).
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
