Description
- Oversee financial planning and budget management functions.
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies across all sectors.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions and minimising the impact of variances.
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses and information reports.
- Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures.
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
Profile
A successful Interim FBP should have:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Comprehensive understanding of financial trends within the travel sector.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficiency in accounting software and statistical packages.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £55,000 - £62,000.
- Final salary pension scheme.
