A world-leading Tier 1 investment bank is seeking a Junior Operations Project Manager to join its Fixed Income Financing Transformation team in Glasgow.
The Role:

Deliver and support change across global operations and tech teams

Drive process improvements and risk reduction using data-driven insights
-
Manage multiple projects and workstreams from initiation to delivery

Liaise with stakeholders and provide regular project updates

Gather and document business requirements; support UAT and implementation
Essential Skills:
-
Experience in project management (ideally in operations or financial services)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)

Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills

Familiarity with AGILE methodologies
Desirable:
-
Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Excel Macros, Access

Exposure to stock loan/collateral products
