The Clinical Negligence Team are growing and they are looking to appoint an experienced Paralegal who can run their own caseload of pre litigated and who ideally have experience of litigated cases. In addition to having your own caseload you will work closely with the Solicitors and assisting them with cases.You will have exposure to a good spread of work which shall include matters such as surgical negligence, GP claims and birth injury.There's wealth of experience within the team meaning you have good mentors around you and you will be supported to continue to develop your skills and experience within the specialism. It's anticipated you shall have a minimum of 1 years' previous experience of clinical negligence cases and shall be familiar with the workings of ASPIC and Court of Session. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines is essential.
