The Role
As Head of Finance, you’ll:
- Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring robust financial control & reporting
- Directly managing a senior team of 3 (overseeing a wider team of 14)
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, VAT & month-end processes
- Drive finance transformation & system improvements
- Embed a positive, high-performance culture within the team
You’ll Need:
- To be a fully qualified accountant
- Leadership experience in a large, complex organisation
- Expertise in financial control, reporting & managing multi-cost centres
- Experience managing 3-5 people, with a mentoring & development mindset
- Strong problem-solving & process improvement skills
- Advanced Excel & financial software proficiency
- Charity sector experience is a plus, but commercial backgrounds welcome
