Parity Network are recruiting on behalf of a public sector organisation, who are looking for a Head of Transformation.This role can be based Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Inverness.

We are looking for a visionary leader to design, develop, and deliver a bold transformation portfolio that will redefine how our client serves communities across the country. This is your opportunity to drive meaningful change at scale, ensuring we remain resilient, innovative, and future-ready.

As a key architect of our transformation, you will lead the development of a new Target Operating Model and organisational structure that supports our long-term strategic ambitions. Your work will directly influence how we operate, ensuring our people, systems, and processes are aligned to meet the evolving needs of our customers, communities, and the environment.

You will also support broader ambitions, including delivering the efficiency challenge of £700 million and driving progress on service excellence, Net Zero, and people development.

What you will bring

This role calls for strong track record in leading large-scale transformation and communicating it effectively across diverse teams. You will bring experience in portfolio management, with a solid grasp of governance, design, analysis, and delivery.
